April 2020 Season Update

Dear CSI Families-

A couple weeks ago we emailed our spring 2020 signups a spring season email update to the email address they registered in their account.

In that email we requested that all spring 2020 signups verify their address in their account. This verification was necessary so that we had accurate information to mail you an entire refund for spring 2020 soccer fees.

That deadline to do this address verification was the last monday in March. Thus, this past week we downloaded all the registration data from the spring season and on Saturday on April 4th, mailed all spring fees back to each family in the form of a check. If you registered your player where your name should have been, the check will be in their name as we had no idea otherwise.

We believe these fees returned to each family are better utilized for your families personal needs.

Further, if you failed to read the email or check your junk folder and didn't change your address as the email requested we can only go on the data we have and will hopefully receive returned mail to attempt to connect with you.

Since that time of the email request for your assistance regarding your address, the Governor of Illinois has extended the stay at home order until late April.

Therefore with the entire refunding of fees, and the extended stay at home order we have cancelled the spring 2020 CSI season.

We are not alone in this decision, both Marion and Cape Girardeau have cancelled their seasons and tournaments as well.

Stay safe, be careful, and keep kicking the ball around the yard.
