Games On! Opening Day Information

Tomorrow is the first day of soccer games. Please wear shin guards, bring water and soccer ball. Prepare to have fun even in adverse conditions. Please remember for you and your soccer player attendance is completely voluntary at all times.

Thus, CSI soccer is played in all weather (including hard rain), except extreme cold (less than 30 degrees) and lightning. This is why we have a late march start so that we can try and play in warmer weather. However we cannot always control the weather.

Tomorrow we will play soccer, if lightning occurs we pause for 30 minutes. If you are grade 1-8 please notify your players coach if you are not going to attend, at any practice or game, regardless of the reason. If you are Prek-K these are group practices and no need to alert CSI of your absence. If you miss a week of soccer, understand that is perfectly fine.

Unless you receive an email from CSI, read the CSI facebook page that cancels the days games, games will be played that day. Should CSI decide to cancel games, all attempts will be made to make them up. However, certain situations prevent that from always occuring.
