REGISTRATION DEADLINES
January 2008
Spring registration forms are mailed. If you do not receive one, forms are available at Carbondale Public Library, the LIFE Community Center or register online.
Feb 22
Forms must be postmarked on or before this date to avoid $10 late fee (per child)
Mar 4
Forms postmarked after this date will not be guaranteed placement on team.
Mar 8-15
 Spring Break for C'dale schools/SIU
Mar 7
No applications accepted after this date.
Mar 15
League play begins. No games played on Sundays.
Apr 19, 08
Last game weekend .
Apr 26, 08
Last game weekend for Instructional & Pre-Instructional league.

CSI leagues are formed by grades however there are age limitations

Pre-Instructional (Coed) Turned 4 yrs old before Sept.1, 07
Instructional (Coed) Turned 5 yrs old before Sept.1, 07
1st.Grade Coed Born on/after January 1, 2000
2nd.Grade Coed Born on/after January 1, 1999
1st.& 2nd.Grade Girls Born on/after January 1, 1999
3rd.& 4th. Grade Coed Born on/after January 1, 1997
3rd.& 4th. Grade Girls Born on/after January 1, 1997
5th.& 6th. Grade Coed Born on/after January 1, 1995
5th.& 6th. Grade Girls Born on/after January 1, 1995
7th.& 8th., Grade Coed/Girls Born on/after January 1, 1993
